Which course should I choose to enter into the FPGA Industry?
- An individual does not need to learn all the aspects of FPGA Design flow. Choose one domain and get complete expertise in that topic.
- When a student joins our institute, we do not make any assumptions about their current preparation level, all the training starts from the basics.
All courses are offered much lower than in other institutes. Is there any compromise in training quality?
No, Education should be affordable to the majority of the people. Institute is driven by the ideology of making quality education affordable to everyone. Having said that, all courses are well organized and with industry best trainers covering each course.
Many FPGA training institutes are offering a course on complete FPGA flow then why does a course focus on just one aspect of an FPGA flow?
All the jobs in the FPGA industry at 0 - 7 year experience level do not require expertise in complete FPGA flow. The engineer is not expected to work on complete flow during initial 0 - 7 years of experience. Focus on complete flow does more than help engineers' careers, with reduced focus on a specific aspect. A job aspirant should focus on one aspect to get into the industry while gaining more expertise on the chosen aspect by extensive focus rather than doing courses on complete flow.
Is there any placement assistance?
Yes, Gateway to FPGA has tied up with multiple FPGA companies. Students will get the opportunity to attend these companies' interviews until they get placed.
Does the institute provide any certification after completion of FPGA training?
Yes. All the participants will receive an FPGA training completion certificate from the gateway to FPGA with their grades based on their performance during the FPGA training.
I completed my B.Tech./M.tech. in 2017 or a few years back, I am not in any job, and can I still try for an FPGA Job?
Yes. it is possible to get a job in FPGA even with a few years gap after graduation. You need the right guidance.
I have been working in the non-FPGA domain for the last 2 years. Can I look for a job in FPGA?
Yes. 2 years is a short span so, with the right set of projects and the right skill set, you will find opportunities in FPGA.
How much time will it take to complete preparation when I will be ready for the job?
It depends on the student's preparation level. The duration of the preparation will depend on the number of hours spent on focused preparation in a day. For each hour of training, students need to spend two hours of time on self-preparation, and 1 hour revising the session notes, and Labs. 1 hour for practising course assignments and Labs.
Does the Institute offer any scholarship on the fee?
The scholarship is offered to students depending on their economic status.
